Montgomery County can have a great education system that serves the individual needs of all our families and students – and we can do this cost-effectively. We just need the will and integrity to create it. This 17-page report contains viable, implementable steps (Recommendations) for creating such a system. This report doesn’t have all the answers and all our efforts are an evolving process. We believe this to be an valuable resource in these efforts.
The Recommendations are in the areas of: Process & Management, Accelerated & Enrichment Programs, Education Alternatives & School Choice; Funding Growth; and Other Reforms.
